Cancellations can be requested until 17 days before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges.
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
For cancellation requested in less than 17 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holiday packages.
Minimum booking (holidays packages):
Booking should be for a minimum of two nights during the following periods:
- From December 28th, 2010 to January 1st, 2011 (New Year's Eve)
- From March 3rd to 9th, 2011 (Carnival)
The pousada will be closed on the following period:
- From 29/04/10 to 31/05/10 - Reforms
