Convento do Carmo is the first historical and luxury hotel in Brazil. It was a convent build in the XVII century that once restored became an outstanding landmark and a luxury hotel at the same time.

All rooms kept the same division they had hundreds of years ago, which result in apartments with different sizes, but all with the same treatment regarding decoration and comfort. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can be requested up to 5 days before check-in.

- In case of a booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (paying the difference of rate adjustments, if applicable).

- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.

For cancellations requested in less than 5 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.

This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays or special packages

Late check-out policy:

Late check out is subject to availability. There is an additional cost for this facility.
