Cancellations can be requested until 48h before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges.
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.

For cancellation requested in less than 48h before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.

This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays packages.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out will be charged 50% of the daily rate

Free accommodation will be provided to one child up to six years old, in the parents' room
