Cancellations can be requested up to 25 days before check-in.
- In case of a booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (guests must pay the difference of rate adjustments, if applicable).
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
For cancellations requested in less than 25 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays or special packages.
Late check-out policy:
Late check-outs are allowed only if there is no booking for the same room.
Children policy:
Accommodation is free for one child up to 2 years staying in the parents' room. Older child pays 35% of the fare.
