Check-out after 12pm will be charged a daily fee.
Children policy:
1 child under 7 stays free in their parent's suite, with the exception of the New Year's Eve package, when an additional 50% of the adult rate will be charged. Two or more children, or children over 7, are charged as adults.

Cancellations can be requested up to 3 days before check-in.
In case of a booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (guests will need to pay the difference between rate adjustments, if applicable).
In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged (paying the difference of rates' adjustments, if there is any).
For cancellations requested in less than 3 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays or special packages.
