Accommodation is free for one child up to 3 years sharing the room with parents. For children between 4 and 11 years old, the hotel offers a special rate.
Cancellations can be requested until 5 days before check-in.
- In case of booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges.
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
For cancellation requested in less than 5 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays packages.
Pets are not allowed in Vila Galé Salvador.
Minimum booking (holiday packages):
Booking should be for a minimum three nights during the following periods:
- from the 1st of April 2010 to the 3rd of April 2010 (Semana Santa)
- from the 12th November 2010 to the 14th of November 2010 (National Holiday)
