Hotel Catharina Paraguaçu

Hotel Catharina Paraguaçu is set at Palacete dos Gonzaga, a 19th century colonial manor that when restored in 1993 became the charming hotel that it is today. In order to achieve the desired feel, renowned conceptual artists from Bahia took part in the hotel decoration, which is unique and rich in details. The internal patio displays mosaics created with selected tiles from the collection of the locally known ceramist Udo Knof. Additionally, several works by Mario Cravo - Salvador's premier artist - are displayed throughout the hotel.

The hotel enjoys a privileged location, in the bohemian Rio Vermelho district, where guests can enjoy several peculiar restaurants and bars.

Late check-out will be permitted, subject to availability of rooms.

The additional cost for this facility is as follows:

• For late check-out after 14.00 hours, guests will be charged 50% of the daily room rate.
• For late check-out after 17.00 hours, guests will be charged the full daily room rate.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

• In case of cancellation made three days or more before arrival, 90% of the deposit will be refunded.
• No Show and cancellation made less than three days before arrival will be charged for one night's rate plus 10% cancellation fee.

Pets are not allowed in Catharina Paraguaçu.
