During the following periods bookings must be for a minimum of: - 2 nights for New Year (December 30th 2011 to January 1st 2012); - 6 nights for Carnival (February 16th to 22nd 2012).

This hotel charges 5% Brazilian tax on the daily rates.
Cancellations can be requested up to 5 days before check-in.
- In case of a booking rescheduling in a period of one year, the value paid can be used without charges (guests must pay the difference of rate adjustments, if applicable).
- In case of refunds, a 20% fee will be charged.
For cancellations requested in less than 5 days before check-in and No-shows: the total value of the booking will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply for holidays or special packages.
Late check-out policy:
Late check-outs are allowed only if there is no booking for the same room.
Children policy:
Accommodation is free for one child up to 5 years sharing the room (and bed) with parents. Children from 6 to 12 years sleeping on an extra bed pay R $ 50. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
